Overview
When this policy refers to "Mishava," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to Mishava. This policy covers the public Mishava website, Mishava account creation and sign-in flows, Mishava organization and workspace features, public support/contact/request-access forms, and other services that link to this policy.
Information We Collect
Contact and account information
We collect information such as name, email address, account credentials, and account profile details when you create an account, sign in, request access, or contact Mishava.
Organization and workspace information
We collect organization names, workspace setup details, member roles, and related operational information when teams use Mishava features.
Information submitted through forms
We collect the information you submit through support, contact, request-access, onboarding, and questionnaire flows, including message content and request context.
Documents and uploaded content
Some Mishava features allow users to upload evidence, reports, supporting documents, and other workspace content. That content may contain personal information depending on what the submitting organization provides.
Usage, device, and log information
We collect service usage information such as request logs, device/browser information, IP-derived abuse and security signals, page context, error logs, and interaction data needed to secure and operate Mishava.
Cookies and browser storage
Mishava uses cookies, local storage, and similar browser storage for core service functions such as authentication, session continuity, preferences, and security. Mishava does not use optional analytics or advertising cookies on the public site unless this policy is updated to say so.
Sensitive information
Mishava is not designed to collect sensitive personal information except where it is narrowly necessary for the service or where users include it in materials they submit. Mishava does not use sensitive personal information beyond narrow service, security, and compliance purposes.
How We Collect Information
- Directly from you when you create an account, sign in, fill out a form, submit a request, answer a questionnaire, or upload content.
- From organization administrators or workspace owners who set up an account, add members, or submit organizational information.
- Automatically through service usage, authentication, security logging, browser storage, and core application telemetry.
- From third parties or integrations only where Mishava features or service configuration actually require them.
How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and secure Mishava services and public site functionality.
- Create and manage accounts, workspaces, permissions, and access-restricted experiences.
- Respond to support requests, contact messages, privacy requests, and access inquiries.
- Operate Mishava workflows such as evidence submission, reporting, shopping preferences, and decision-support features.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and protect the integrity of the service.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce Mishava terms, security rules, and organizational controls.
How We Share Information
Mishava shares personal information only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, honor organizational configuration, comply with law, or protect people and the platform.
- Service providers and processors that support hosting, authentication, storage, delivery, and security functions for Mishava.
- Organizations, workspace members, or administrators when the service is used on behalf of that organization and the sharing is directed by the workspace configuration.
- Authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of Mishava.
- Successors or counterparties in a corporate transaction involving Mishava, subject to appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions.
Mishava does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data Retention
Mishava retains different categories of information for different operational reasons. We keep account and workspace records while the account or workspace remains active and for a reasonable follow-up period to support security, backups, dispute handling, and legal recordkeeping. Uploaded documents and workspace content generally remain available until removed by the responsible workspace, deleted by Mishava administrators, or removed under applicable retention controls. Support, contact, and request-access submissions are retained so Mishava can track the request, review past communications, and manage follow-up or legal obligations. Security and service logs are retained for abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and audit needs, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
Security
Mishava uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, authentication, and service security practices appropriate to the product. No security measure is perfect, and Mishava cannot guarantee absolute security.
